Yes. We ask that furniture and personal belongings are moved away from the areas being painted before work begins, where reasonably possible. This allows us to work safely and efficiently and helps protect your belongings.

Valley & Ridge Painting Co. is not responsible for damage to furniture or personal belongings resulting from moving items that have not been cleared prior to the commencement of work. Larger or immovable items can be discussed with us beforehand and, where reasonably necessary, we can assist with moving or protecting them.

Yes. We can supply all paint and materials required for your project, unless otherwise agreed. The cost of paint and materials will be clearly outlined in your quote.

If we discover unexpected damage, hidden issues, or additional preparation that was not reasonably visible during the initial inspection, we will discuss the issue with you before carrying out any additional work. Any extra costs will be clearly explained and agreed upon before proceeding.
